Quotes & Pricing
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may be adjusted if project scope changes significantly from the original brief.

Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before any development work begins. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon project completion and before the final website is deployed or handed over.

Project Commencement
Development begins only after the deposit is received and all required content (text, images, branding materials) has been provided by the client.

Revision Limits
Each package includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this limit will be charged at an hourly rate or quoted separately.

Content Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing all website content including text, images, logos, and other media. Next Web Solutions is not responsible for creating or sourcing content unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Hosting Responsibility
Hosting and domain registration costs are separate from development fees. The client may arrange their own hosting or request assistance. Next Web Solutions recommends Afrihost Shared Hosting for South African businesses.

Delivery Timelines
Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope. Delays caused by late content delivery, delayed feedback, or scope changes may extend the delivery date.

Liability Limitations
Next Web Solutions is not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data arising from the use or inability to use the website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the project.

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns all rights to the custom-designed website and its code. Next Web Solutions reserves the right to display the completed project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels the project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Any completed work beyond the deposit value will be invoiced accordingly.
